Our vision is to build the Kingdom of God by teaching biblical principles, making disciples of all believers and to share in the ministry of reconciliation. To encourage all nations to observe the commands of the Lord and to live a life that is favorable unto God.

​Our Mission
Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the entire world, to equip God’s people to live out the truth of his word and to become vessels of honor while embracing his divine love and favor.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to exemplify biblical standards, to be an overcomer and to life that reflects Jesus Christ. “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4
​In 2011, after faithfully serving and preaching the gospel,
Apostle Tanaka Gates founded the ministry of Victorious Life
International, Inc. previously known as Victory and Deliverance
Life Changing Ministries, Inc. The name Victorious Life
International (V-Life) was given through prayer and fasting for
the ministry purpose. 1 John 5:4 “For whatsoever is born of God
overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh
the world, even our faith”. Victorious life was built on a solid
foundation, under the leadership of Overseer Apostle Kathleen
Dames. Overseer Dames birthed out several deliverance
ministries in her 40 years of leading (45 years of preaching) the
Lord’s people.

We are committed to proclaiming the message of victory and
helping each individual attain all that Christ has promised. We
are a progressive, non-denominational, non-traditional ministry
that teaches individuals how to obtain total victory. We believe
that a relationship with Jesus Christ is superior and more
essential than any denomination.

Building a work for the glory of God, we are a body of believers
dedicated to ministering to the whole person. It is our desire that
every believer will experience the true freedom of salvation,
God’s gift to us, through relationship with the Father. Be
conformed to the image of Jesus Christ through relationship
with him, obedience to God's word, and yielding to the Holy
Spirit.

We are a five-fold ministry for the equipping of the saints for the
work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ. To
help all men, women and children to walk in victory through
faith in God, and fulfilling their purpose by pressing forward
towards the Kingdom.
Victorious Life is currently under the apostolic oversight of
Apostle Melvin Thompson II, founder of All Nations Apostolic
Network (ANAN).
